Phillip Morris was born and raised in North Texas, and has been working in the oil and gas and construction industries in various capacities for almost 40 years. He has significant experience working as a high-level consultant for companies such as Halliburton, XTO Energy, Range Resources, and S.M. Ferguson Jr. Inc. Phillip is a natural born entrepreneur and business consultant. Here at WSM, he specifically applies his expertise in the field by leading and coordinating contracts, securing deals, locating equipment, and managing and facilitating customer relationships. He is a strategist in providing unparalleled customer service and is dedicated to rising above mundane customer experiences and going above and beyond for our constituents.

Brenda Morris began her career in education with 15 + years of teaching at the middle school level. After years of exploration and growth, her entrepreneurial attributes began to flourish and she left teaching to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions. As of 2004, she has co-founded and managed 3 separate businesses in the fields of oil and gas, construction, equipment trading, as well as trucking and transportation services. She adds significant value to our team with a keen eye towards management and operations. She holds a BS in Education from Midwestern University.

Melanie Morris has 6 + years of business development and entrepreneurial experience. Her expertise involves working with small businesses to establish best practices and solidify effective systems that provide the highest level of value for customers and business owners alike. She works with organizations and companies in both the private and public sectors to establish unique value propositions, business structures, sales models, strategy and marketing techniques. She holds a BA in International Business from the University of North Texas, and a dual master's degree - MBA and MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
